Website Award Overview
The ASC Committee on Student Mental Health and Wellbeing invites nominations for its inaugural ASC Student Wellbeing Advocate Award. This award recognizes individuals and/or student organizations affiliated with ASC who go above and beyond to create a culture that values student wellbeing and/or student mental health. This award celebrates excellent advocates for student wellbeing throughout the College of Arts and Sciences. Individuals and organizations nominated for this award should excel at promoting and prioritizing student wellbeing in their classrooms, departmental communities, and/or university work. By developing this award, we seek to illuminate forces for good in the college, particularly those who foster an environment where students’ wellbeing can thrive.

We welcome self-nominations and will consider faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students, and student organizations for this award.
Nominations are due by March 1, 2026 via this nomination form. This form will ask you to provide the name and email address of the nominee and to provide a brief written statement addressing the following question: How does this individual / organization advocate for students’ mental health and/or wellbeing in their work in the College of Arts and Sciences?
