The Office of Undergraduate Recruitment's undergraduate recruitment grant program provides funds to Arts and Sciences departments and schools to build upon established best practices and explore new strategies related to undergraduate recruitment praxis.

  • Grant Details

    A clear and concise statement describing the purpose of your recruitment project options selected above and how they will support departmental recruitment goals.

    If yes, items need to be ordered by early January 2027 to allow for production time.

    Please detail the anticipated timeline for the start and completion of the recruitment project. The project must be completed by the end of April 2027 in order to help yield the class of AU2027. 


    All project proposals will be reviewed by Office of Undergraduate Recruitment staff. Please reach out to Chinwe Okpalaoka, okpalaoka.2@osu.edu, with questions.

    Departments should plan to work with Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications on any projects that have marketing or communications aspects. The Marketing and Communications Office will reach out to the department once the grant has been awarded. Any questions can be directed to asccomm@osu.edu.

    All award recipients will be expected to complete a report at the end of the project to assist the Office of Undergraduate Recruitment measure the return of investment. Recipients should submit a report of their yield initiative performance by May 28, 2027.
